Orneiro is deviated from the word Hornero, which defines a kind of bird that lives in South America. It builds its nests in a particular shape that looks like an old fashion baker's oven. In the same way this bird takes such care in its nest, Lopez Cellars also wanted to demonstrate the same care for the packaging of their wines.
